Project - Overview

This project is an AI-powered Employment Law and HR Compliance platform designed to transform complex, unstructured legal information into clear, decision-ready insights for HR teams. It reduces dependency on manual legal research while improving speed, accuracy, and regulatory awareness across regions.

The platform uses a unified ETL pipeline to continuously ingest data from government portals, regulatory bodies, and labor law sources. A multi-agent RAG architecture processes and retrieves the most relevant legal context, ensuring responses stay current with new amendments and policy changes.

All insights are delivered through an AI compliance assistant and dashboards that allow non-legal users to ask natural-language questions, understand obligations, identify risks, and compare regulations across jurisdictions with confidence.
